Family Literacy Night

“I do not like green eggs and ham. I do not like them, Sam I am!”
However, Saukview students did like hearing Mr. Paul Preuss, Curriculum Director, reading the story aloud at the recent Family Literacy Night. Family Literacy Night was held at all three elementary schools on February 29, 2012. Picking up on the Leap Year Day theme, each site had a variation on “leaping”. Over 400 students and family members participated district-wide. Funding for the event was through Title I, a federal grant.
